Sadness is stored up anger. Anger and anxiety are opposites. Hurt causes Anger. Loss causes Anxiety. Anger can only be caused by Hurt from outside your boundary that managed to get in. Or inside your boundary, you figured that your needs are not being met. The more well-being you have, the stronger your boundary is against hurt. Jealousy is Agression direct towards somebody about the future. All revenges are suffering.
Anxiety can only be caused by loss, threatened loss or Imagined loss or Low confidence. Anxiety regarding the future is worry. Anxiety regarding the past is Regret. One is never helpless and hopeless. ( Not to mentioned you are unconscious or if you are just borned ) You always have a choice, exercise that right to choose. Life is a daring adventure, or NOTHING. You are completely alone when you do courage. Face your fears.
When you are Angry :
1) No decision made ===> You get depressed/ Sad
2) Destructive decision made ===> Aggression --> I can't feel like a winner unless you lose.
3) Constructive decision made ===> Assertive --> *Increase In Well Being* When you are assertive, you are mothering yourself.
When you are Anxious :
1) No decision made ===> You will be impulsive. Fight Or Flight (Instinct)
2) Destructive decision made ===> Masochism. Poor me attitude.
3) Constructive decision made ===> Courage. Do the right thing.
